1. What is Sintered Multi-Layer Wire Mesh Laminated?

Sintered multi-layer wire mesh laminated is multi-layers of woven wire mesh overlapped together and sintered in the vacuum furnace after high temperature and high-pressure process. It has higher strength and better overall steel. The filter aperture is uniform. The sintered multi layer wire mesh laminated overcomes the disadvantages of layer on less strength, poor rigidity and unstable aperture single. The advantages of this filter is reasonable filter rating, penetration and strength. It’s used for situations of high requirement on filter accuracy, high-pressure drop, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and processing.  The industry includes petrochemical, nuclear, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical, food, astronal and so on.

 

2. Sintered Multi-Layer Wire Mesh Laminated Structure

The commonly used sintered multi-layer wire mesh laminated is a 5 -layer structure with a thickness of 1.7mm, and the minimum filtering accuracy can reach 1um. It consists of a protective layer, filter layer, separation layer, and two layers of support layer.

3. How is Sintered Multi-Layer Wire Mesh Laminated Produced?

(1) Check Each Layer Wire Mesh

4. Advantages of Sintered Multi-Layer Wire Mesh Laminated

(1) High Pressure Resistance

The sintered multi-layer wire mesh laminated is constructed by several layers of stainless steel wire mesh, with the sintered process. The thickness is several times higher than the single-layer stainless steel wire mesh. So it is very good to resist high pressure.

Some customers may say that they can also use several layers of mesh which are crimped at the top and bottom. Under lower pressure, it could work. But with higher pressure, the middle place will be bubble defect. This will easily cause equipment failure and affect work efficiency.
