Three Ways to Start a Custom Project
1. Share Operating Requirements
Tell us the medium, temperature, pressure or differential pressure, target filtration or screening requirement, and available installation space.
2. Send a Drawing
Provide dimensions, tolerances, material grade, connection details, mesh specification and quantity. We review the fabrication and inspection requirements with you.
3. Discuss a Sample
Share photos and measurements of an existing component. If a physical sample is needed, we will agree how to review it and confirm the replacement specification.
Material compatibility, filtration rating, construction and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production. Nominal mesh openings and finished filter performance are different specifications.
Quality Control Matched to the Order
Inspection focuses on the specifications agreed for your product. Requirements and any documents to be supplied are confirmed during the project review.
Material and Mesh
Checks may include material identification, wire diameter, mesh count, aperture and weave, together with visible defects such as broken wires, holes or irregular weaving.
Fabricated Components
Dimensions, edges and burrs, joining quality, connections and assembly are checked against the agreed drawing and inspection requirements.
Testing and Dispatch
Application-specific testing, such as permeability or bubble-point testing, can be discussed when applicable. Packaging and identification are reviewed for the order.
